Community-based, person-centered behavioral health services designed to strengthen functioning, coping, relationships, and stability.
Care built around the individual and family
RTS serves children, adolescents, adults, and families with individualized behavioral health services delivered with attention to clinical need, strengths, culture, family systems, and community supports.
Services may include
- Mental health assessment and individualized treatment planning
- Individual counseling
- Family counseling and family support
- Group counseling when clinically appropriate
- Case management and care coordination
- Community-based skill building and behavioral support
- Anger, mood, coping, social-skill, and problem-solving interventions
What to expect
1. Referral & initial contact
We review the presenting need and determine the appropriate next step.
2. Assessment
Clinical information is gathered to understand symptoms, functioning, strengths, risks, and service needs.
3. Individualized plan
Goals and interventions are developed with the client and family, when appropriate.
4. Ongoing services
Progress and continued need are reviewed throughout care.
